Nat Pace
Network Director

As the Network Director, Nat coordinates the network’s transformation into member-based network that provides tools, resources, and services to community land trusts across Canada. Nat holds a Master of Planning from McGill University and has experience in the affordable housing sector as a researcher, community organizer, and strategist. Nat currently lives in Montréal.

Celia Wandio
CLT Specialist

In her role as CLT Specialist, Celia develops resources to support CLTs in various stages of organizational development. She also provides training and direct support to CLTs. Celia learned about non-profit housing through her work with a social housing provider in the UK and a housing co-op in Toronto. She recently completed a Master of Science in Planning, with a focus on housing and community economic development.
