Gathering Resources & Business Planning
This interactive workshop will cover financial considerations for new CLTs, beginning with sources of start-up funding and tips for applying for grants. Participants will be guided through a start-up budget template, including key variables and choices involved. The workshop will also cover the process of developing a business plan.
