The CLT Summit is Canada’s largest gathering of community land trusts (CLTs) and their supporters.
Join us in Vancouver from October 18 to 20 for three full days of panel discussions, hands-on workshops, walking tours, collaborative activities, and more. The first two days will take place at 312 Main in the Downtown Eastside while the third day is reserved for sites tour of three local community land trusts.
This is the second annual conference, following 2023’s Toronto convening. Since then, the momentum of Canada’s CLT movement has only grown!
The Summit will gather more than 200 delegates representing CLT practitioners, funders, policymakers, researchers, housing professionals, activists, and more. Community land trusts are encouraged to bring their staff, board, and members.

New: A special seminar, Catalyzing Co-ops on Community Land, is now being offered on Monday by the Community Land Trust Foundation of BC. This is a rare opportunity to learn the mechanics behind the organization’s successful development and renewal of cooperative housing using a land trust model. The session is only open to CNCLT members and you must register separately.
